Hi guys, I'm Nina and I'm sitting at my sofa at this moment and receiving my special guess, the amazing, the marvelous, the remarkable, the wonderful, the fantastic, the great divo singer in the whole world and in the whole galaxy and beyond, Nicolas Sourivongxay.

It's seems like the new generation + the old people are lack of "WoW!". I think there is a not equality relationship between money and #talent. #money is winning. Feeling empty..."
Nina: - So much pleasure to have you here, Nicolas.
Nicolas: - Thanks for having me in your show one more time, darling...
Nina:- Nicolas, you are graduated at the university and in international trade, so your voice is important for the market and that's why the own market tried to copy your ideas, your strategies of marketing by hacking you illegaly or not.
Nicolas- Nina, don't make me cry tonight (the audience applause)
Nina: - In private sector you couldn't see your results because the market was hidden. How do you feel when you see the results on the media now, I mean, what you created from your mind?
Nicolas:- ...I don't wanna talk about bad things tonight. I told you twice, Nina. The market is unfair. Some famous singers are not singers, they are just products, not people with talent and that's sad because music comes from the heart, and I feel empty, empty of new music.
It's seems like the old singers were better than the new generation of singers, even thou knowing the existence of talent shows...it's not enough. Additionally, some talent shows are made for receiving money than for giving the right talented singer to the market.
And what's more, all singers are having a problem, and it is called 'innovation' that got stuck. Where are they now? They are singing but it seems like they lost the energy.
Nina: - I can get access to all kind of music via music platforms, nowadays.
Nicolas:- Also music changed. In Latin America you can listen to a kind of music, in America music turns a little similar than pop music in Asia.
You can hear a mix of cultures in everywhere and that's globalization.
I think innovation are being elastically separated from real talent.
Sometimes technology doesn't help to get real talent, even so it does sometimes, and when it does...the market don't take you into consideration or just use you to mantain the "not shining" old stars.
Nina:- But old singers are hiring...
Nicolas:- Some "shining" old stars are like companies hiring, but they are also competitors trying to take benefits from the new real talented people.
Nina: - So you suggest real new talented people to fight back?
Nicolas:- what it is called "genius" is in danger today because of the bad use of technology. Talent exists, the bible says God gives talents and gifts to special people. Singers, writers, scientists, etc., should take care their backs. It's not easy to be an introvert today. We have to be smarter.
Nina:- the panorama is unhopeful. Is that the message for new generation of real talented people?
Nicolas: - In a world lack of values, absolutely yes. We have to take care our backs and to continue creating for good. There are bad people in universities, including professors, companions, at job, in family, in all the country and countries.

Nicolas:- You are welcome, Nina. Everything will be all right, I hope so, and music will touch my heart again.
